What was the highlight of Senator Granada
Good
Paying for the rooms was difficult with my credit card being classed as invalid! I had to pay by Bank Transfer for the rooms & I got a message stating that only one of the rooms had been paid for. I replied stating that both Bank Transfers were sent on the same day. On arrival we were held up at reception & they were insisting that only one room was paid for. I showed them evidence of emails sent & copies of the Bank Transfers but they insisted that the hotel had not received the payment This conversation was in front of other guests checking in & quite embarrassing. Eventually a phone call was made to what I believe was an accounts department asking them to look for the payment & after a few minutes on the call the response was yes. The receptionist then continued to check us in with no apology.

Enjoyable stay made better by great staff at the hotel and gluten free food
The staff were great with superb recommendations for the al hambra. A good gluten free breakfast and nice courtyard decor.
A bigger room with more powerpoints: there was only one for 2 people plus devices

Recommendable
Comfortable bed, availability of water boiler and tea and coffee, a little bit strange division with small space of the bedroom and big space for the bathroom, but all by all a good experience. Nice staff and clean as well. And a discount for the spa for clients.
Hard to park a car in the surrounding.
